Based in our Shanghai office, he oversees all of Immersive International’s creative output and leads the ideation phases of every project, inspiring extraordinary concepts that push beyond expectations. With a background in fine art, spatial design, architecture, and animation, and decades of experience, John is responsible for developing Immersive International’s unique hybrid creative practice.

Tommy is Immersive International's Managing Director with over 15 years of experience working in the design, art, and entertainment industry. Tommy is our storytelling specialist with a passion for crafting transformative narratives and productions. Having directed and produced numerous high-profile events and productions at varying scales, including international exhibitions and expos, large-scale projection mapping shows, immersive theatre shows, and VR films, he brings imaginative vision and clarity to the narrative structures and aesthetics of every project.

Anton is Immersive International's Executive Art Director and is based in Cape Town. For the past two decades, Anton has been working at the forefront of the audio-visual industry and has directed many of the studio’s projects. Having a true passion for innovative tech and artistic experimentation, Anton has developed a reputation for pushing the boundaries of experiential design and cutting-edge audiovisuals. With an expert understanding of music, CGI, graphics, and video production processes, he offers in-depth insight into the creative and technical aspects of every project.

Lisa McNab is Immersive International's Executive Producer based in London. Lisa has over a decade of experience working in PR, marketing, and live events with a strong focus on creative branding and consumer engagement. Lisa has developed marketing strategies for some of the biggest music festivals across the globe and has produced a wide range of high-profile events for brands, governments, and royalties. She is interested in the psychology of visitor engagement in live experiences and specialises in transforming abstract concepts into clear, consistent, and highly impactful projects for clients and audiences alike.

In 1993, Peter graduated from Sheffield University with a Diploma in Architecture. After working in various cities, he established a successful design studio in Shanghai in 1998. He later became the founding Director of a major architectural firm's China studio, overseeing significant growth and specialising in commercial projects, emphasising stakeholder collaboration and creating memorable spaces.
Jordan Foster is one of Immersive International's Creative Directors, based in Toronto. Jordan joined Immersive International in 2008 and has been directing and designing experiential video installations for over a decade. Whilst specialising in large-scale experiential video installations, he has also directed stage visuals and multiple VR experiences.

Philippa Kane is Immersive International's Show Producer. Philippa has a breadth of producing, development, and marketing experience across the UK and US, with a particular focus on theatre and the performing arts. She has worked on and off-West End for companies such as New York Theatre Workshop, Atlantic Theater Company, and 101 Productions. She holds a Master's in Theatre Management and Producing from Columbia University.
Ralph Lambert is Immersive International's General Manager and Company Director. As one of the founding members of the company, Ralph manages the company's financial health and long-term growth. With a background in film editing, graphics, and animation, Ralph also leads on many of the studio's post-production projects.

Yulia Epifanova is Immersive International's Project Manager, based in Glasgow. Yulia joined the company in 2019 and has since worked closely with our Executive Producer and Project Management team to help manage both our large-scale and R&D projects in the MENA and Asian markets. She offers support to the senior creative team while overseeing all working processes from start to finish.
Catalina Pereda is our Senior Producer. She has produced B2B and B2C projects globally from concept through to delivery, ranging from live shows, creative events, activations, brand experiences, festivals, installations, exhibitions, and conferences.

Simon, Immersive International's Head of Technical Innovation, has 20+ years' experience in creative industries, working in conferences, live music, fashion, installation, XR, and broadcast. He excels at understanding creative and technical briefs, devising optimal solutions, and executing them at high levels. Skilled in fostering innovation, creativity, and commercial partnerships, Simon consistently delivers value to stakeholders, negotiates contracts, and helps teams achieve objectives with cutting-edge solutions.

Ben Stern is Immersive International's Technical Director based in London, specialising in the technical direction of video content, including projection mapping, generative visuals, video holograms, full-dome projections, and VR, among others. Ben has worked on the design, project management, and technical direction of large-scale complex video installations, both temporary and permanent.
Lucy is Immersive International's Junior Technical Production Manager, possessing versatile skills as a creative technologist with expertise in 3D, virtual reality, and creative programming. With an MA degree in Computational Arts from Goldsmiths, University of London, Lucy has honed her skills in creative coding, projection mapping, virtual reality, and physical computing. Lucy supports the creative teams with technical delivery knowledge and input on technical solutions for large-scale multidisciplinary creative projects.

Santiago, based in Argentina, holds a degree in graphic design and specialises in 3D and motion graphics. With over two decades of experience in the audiovisual industry, he is dedicated to each project providing creative and technical solutions while skillfully and passionately transforming ideas into immersive experiences.

With an eye for detail and a passion for semiotics and iconography, Celestin is our skilled Junior Designer who specialises in creating striking visuals for Immersive International. His expertise lies in print, brand identity, and moving image, and he is dedicated to telling captivating visual stories through well-informed design work. With an MA degree in Graphic Design from Kingston University, Celestin has honed his skills through work with various clients worldwide. Some of his work has been featured on BBC Breakfast and The Bookseller, and he continues to push the boundaries in the field of design.
Iffie is our Design Assistant, based in London. Iffie works directly with the global creative team, supporting and producing critical contextual research and design concepts spanning across a diverse plethora of projects.
