Based in our Shanghai office, he oversees all of Immersive International’s creative output and leads the ideation phases of every project, inspiring extraordinary concepts that push beyond expectations. With a background in fine art, spatial design, architecture, and animation, and decades of experience, John is responsible for developing Immersive International’s unique hybrid creative practice.

Tommy is Immersive International's Managing Director with over 15 years of experience working in the design, art, and entertainment industry. Tommy is our storytelling specialist with a passion for crafting transformative narratives and productions. Anton is Immersive International's Executive Art Director and is based in Cape Town. For the past two decades, Anton has been working at the forefront of the audio-visual industry and has directed many of the studio’s projects. Having a true passion for innovative tech and artistic experimentation, Anton has developed a reputation for pushing the boundaries of experiential design and cutting-edge audiovisuals. With an expert understanding of music, CGI, graphics, and video production processes, he offers in-depth insight into the creative and technical aspects of every project.

Lisa McNab is the Director of Production and Executive Producer at Immersive International, and has over two decades of experience in delivering creative projects with cultural impact. Starting in communications, she worked with major music festivals, artists, and bands, capitalising on the social media revolution of the early 2000s. A decade later, she transitioned to location-based entertainment and live experiences. Since joining Immersive International in 2019, Lisa has delivered installations at major cultural institutions like The Smithsonian Air & Space Museum in Washington DC, developed custom technology and IP solutions for brands like TopGolf, and consulted on the experiential master planning of multiple entertainment & culture projects for NEOM, Saudi Arabia.

In 1993, Peter graduated from Sheffield University with a Diploma in Architecture. After working in various cities, he established a successful design studio in Shanghai in 1998. He later became the founding Director of a major architectural firm's China studio, overseeing significant growth and specialising in commercial projects, emphasising stakeholder collaboration and creating memorable spaces.

Jordan has been a key figure in immersive's growth and a creative lead on many major projects since the creation of the studio. Bringing an interdisciplinary approach to experiential design, Jordan combines cutting edge technical innovation with timeless storytelling techniques. Jordan's passion for bringing exciting, informative, and transportive experiences to audiences has been showcased around the world, with projects including The Dubai World Expo, Comcast's Universal Sphere, and the Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum. Jordan now heads immersive's North American studio.

Simon Cole has worked across Retail and Entertainment, Hospitality, Technology, Supply chain and Entertainment venues. Simon has straddled departments, holding senior positions including all-encompassing COO roles, to CFO, Special Projects and CPO.His scope of engagements has enabled him to move further into strategic roles which targeted Sales, Marketing, Fundraising, Restructuring, Financial planning, and Exit execution, for a variety of businesses over the last 12 years, during which he helped to raise over $70m for 7 very different businesses.

Ralph Lambert is Immersive International's General Manager and Company Director. As one of the founding members of the company, Ralph manages the company's financial health and long-term growth. With a background in film editing, graphics, and animation, Ralph also leads on many of the studio's post-production projects.

Philippa Kane is Immersive International's Show Producer. Philippa has a breadth of producing, development, and marketing experience across the UK and US, with a particular focus on theatre and the performing arts. She has worked on and off-West End for companies such as New York Theatre Workshop, Atlantic Theater Company, and 101 Productions. She holds a Master's in Theatre Management and Producing from Columbia University.

After studying Architecture at The University of Sheffield, Chris’ journey has taken him across various creative landscapes. Beginning as an art department assistant for the BBC series Doctor Who, Chris found work in the design studios of Sarner and MET, shaping the vision of many high-profile projects including The Doctor Who Experience and The Fram Museum before creatively leading projects including the Dubai Expo 2020 Mobility Pavilion and the Gardens By The Bay “Cloud Forest Galleries”. His responsibilities encompass a spectrum of tasks from pitch to final build and require a passion for storytelling and visual narrative.

Ben Stern is Immersive International's Technical Director based in London, specialising in the technical direction of video content, including projection mapping, generative visuals, video holograms, full-dome projections, and VR, among others. Bruno Costarelli is Immersive International's Associate Lead Designer, based in London. Bruno joined Immersive International in 2008 and specialises in leading the 3D animation design for a diverse range of projects, including large-scale experiential video installations, stage visuals, and VR experiences.

LiWen grew up in New Zealand where he completed a Masters in Architecture. With a keen interest in scenography, LiWen worked as a Production Designer with film special effects company Wētā Workshop to design award winning Location Based Experiences such as those for the Dubai Expo 2020 and the world’s largest duty free shopping mall China. His work focuses on creating cinematic experiences in the design of sculptural art installations, interiors and exhibitions.

From an early age, Giovanni's fascination with Africa's cultures, landscapes, and wildlife ignited a passion for conservation. After studying at the European Institute of Design, he embarked on a two-year journey as a wildlife photographer with the World Wildlife Fund, capturing Earth's untouched beauty. Settling in Cape Town, he delved into sound and music production, pioneering South Africa's first immersive music festival and nightclub. His quest for knowledge led him to the Met Film School in London, specialising in cinematography. Today, Giovanni excels as a producer, sound composer, and creative visionary, crafting bespoke experiences worldwide with Immersive.

Based in Brussels, Belgium, Florian has been creating dynamic visuals for a wide range of productions for over 25 years, including short animated films, large-scale stage installations, full-dome content, VR, and Projection Mapping.
