Immersive International and Agusta Productions launched ROARR in 2024, an impact-driven, nature-first entertainment movement, that reimagines the world’s most iconic natural wonders as immersive canvases for story, spectacle and social impact.
In 2025, after almost three years of research and development, ROARR transformed Mosi-Oa-Tunya (Victoria Falls) into an extraordinary and unprecedented visual spectacle, with a world-first projection show larger than the size of a football pitch. Spanning over 6,500 square metres in the mist between Zambia and Zimbabwe, the display would tower above both Big Ben and the Statue of Liberty.
Immersive International were responsible for developing and delivering the content and technical expertise required to project on to the Falls mist. "The show was not a one-off moment – it was a prototype, a bold preview of what's possible when creativity meets purpose at scale. Using nature as a canvas brings a unique set of challenges. You’re working with pixels projected on to a mist cloud that’s constantly shifting, but what better way to tell stories born from nature, for nature, than having them powered by nature”, said Tommy Lexen, Co-Creator of ROARR and Managing Director at Immersive International.

This is only the beginning, 2026 will see Mosi-Oa-Tunya (Victoria Falls) transformed again into a four-canvas, multi-artist broadcast combining virtual and social show elements. The 2026 show will utilise the full 1.7km length of the falls for an epic lighting and projection show. Created in partnership with UMA Entertainment, who will support with their expertise and distribution capabilities, the show will feature hero artist performances projected as holograms to reduce the show's carbon footprint.

Immersive also worked closely with Agusta Productions on the release of the extended video to the reorchestrated track of ‘Waterfalls Never Ends’ - an original composition by Giovanni Agusta, featuring WEZI, James Sakala, Maureen Lilanda, alongside the Mukuni Village choir, drummers and The Amplified Band. This collaborative musical effort showcases ROARR's commitment to bringing together local and international talent to create unique music experiences.
